  Sharmila Ghosh, principle of Cross Cultural Collaboration, Inc, offers Diversity, Relocation and Multicultural Team building workshops. As a consultant, Facilitator, and Intercultural Trainer, Ms. Ghosh brings in-depth knowledge of training and development, along with a passion for and understanding of various cultural perspectives. She is experienced in preparing individuals and groups in understanding diversity, building and maintaining cohesive multicultural work teams, and functioning effectively across cultures. In her workshops she provides tools that lead to effective strategies for cross cultural communication.
Cross Cultural Collaboration, Inc. provides the awareness, knowledge, and skills necessary for leaders, organizations and corporations to communicate and work effectively across cultures in an increasingly global marketplace and workplace.
Ms. Ghosh completed her Masters in Intercultural Relations at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She also holds a Bachelors in Education and Psychology from Bombay University, and a one year certificate in Organizational Behavior from Brown University. She has participated in workshops on Managing Diversity in Organizations at The Zurich University of Applied Science and has also attended workshops on designing programs for International and multicultural team building, at the Summer Institute of Intercultural Studies in Portland, Oregon.

  Carolina Matos Baptista: European Specialist
Carolina graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts and a Master's Degree in English and Education from Brown University. She has completed her doctoral studies at Lesley University in Intercultural
Relations and Education. She teaches graduate courses at Lesley University where she is the director of the Portuguese World Language Institute. Carolina Matos Baptista is fluent in English, Portuguese, French and Spanish. She has worked as a consultant and intercultural relations facilitator in United States, Portugal and Angola. For her accomplishments, she was awarded the Comenda Ordem Infante D. Henrique the highest honor bestowed upon a civilian by the Government of Portugal. A resident of Providence, RI, USA, she has traveled the world and commutes to Portugal where she has a home.

Robert is a multifaceted and competent consultant in the Inclusion and Diversity/Organizational Effectiveness industry.
Since 1989, Mr. Jones has made a firm commitment to become an integral part of the ongoing struggle to bring an understanding of the value of diversity, systems of oppression, and the dynamics of power and inclusion to the workplace as well as the classroom and the community. He views dialogue, violence prevention and conflict reconciliation as important factors in dealing with diversity. In addition, he provides the means and the tools to do so. Mr. Jones has been a Muslim, a Christian and a Buddhist at one time or another in his life.
Mr. Jones has conducted a wide range of strategic development sessions, workshops and trainings in a variety of settings. His clients have included over fifty high schools, five universities, various teaching organizations, religious organizations and small to Fortune 500 companies. He has covered such topics as Strategic Planning for Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives, Executive Coaching, Communicating Across Cultural Lines, Managing Diversity, Valuing Customer Service, Interrupting Discriminatory Behavior, Becoming an Ally and Adjusting to the Changing Workplace.
Mr. Jones has worked in different industry settings. He has worked in the computer industry as a Manager of Special Projects as well as the real estate industry as a Certified Property Manager for mixed income housing.
Originally from the Bronx, NY, Mr. Jones received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University. Robert enjoys world history, reading, movies, and writing poetry.
